Hi - My neighbor has extended his renovation project a few weeks past his original estimate. I've messaged all the guests that have bookings with me in the next month to let them know about the possible noise, and offered to give them full refunds if they wanted to cancel (despite having a strict cancellation policy). 1 guest with a toddler has asked to cancel. I'll ask her to cancel on her end, but how do I make sure that she gets a full refund since my cancellation policy is "Strict?"
