How to make sure the rentals you see are actually in the neighborhood of a city you have specified?

In larger cities AirBnb allows you to select the neightborhoods yet I find that the returned list of properties are in the entire city not the neighborhoods I want.  Is this not working?  How can I see the listing in a specific neighborhood?

By zooming in on the map to that specific neighbourhood you will see the local listings.
