How to put a notice on your listing when have reformation in your house?

Hi, good afternoon to all. 

I am co-host to my parents. They have central heating/air conditioning in their house, but it is currently broken. The guest´s room, kitchen and bathroom have individual heating/cooling portable devices.

Initially we took the listing off the air, but have recently learned it is possible to post a notice with this information for people who are interested to make a reservation. Can someone tell me where I should go to allow this, please?
