I had open a damage claim several weeks ago, and then it was escalated to Airbnb.
Now i received email from airbnb for me to send document to them. The problem is that this message is only coming in to my email. And if i respond to the email it doesn't seem like its going to them.
Question is where do i find this conversation between Airbnb resolution staff and me? I tried to go to Resolution centre again and spend the reservation involved in this case but i cannot communicate with the airbnb staff, the conversation opens up between Myself and the guest who did the damage.
Urgent help needed please.
