I checked on my Listing which says a Traveler has to request before Reservation...

Dear Sir, Madam,

 

I had a request yesterday from a Guest Mr.Luis which he had an instant Booking... I checked once more today and  yes I was right ,there was an application where a Guest has to pre-Book or Pre-Reserve , but since I have 2 applications for the same Apartment Place I was accurate on this and I applied to pre Reserve the accomodation. I had to Cancel this Client which shows on my Data file . It is not my Character to cancel , but  I had to Cancel the Guest since they crossed the same dates.

 

I do not wish to get the hammer on my heaad for something which i was not  my initiative to do. I have very good Reviews whihc i work hard for it and I do not wish to spoil my lay out!...... Kindly may you help me sort this out please?..

@Raquel3 it sounds like you need to contact Airbnb support.

 

This place is not Airbnb support. This is just a place for guests and hosts to chat with each other.

 

To reach Airbnb support:

On your Help page, near the bottom right is a "Contact us" button.
Or you can use this link: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us

Once you are on the "Contact us" page, choose "Its something else"

This will give you the choice to either exchange messages with AirBnB or to speak to someone on the phone.
(Using the "Contact us" by phone gives you the option to have them call you, so you don't have to wait on hold.)
