I escalated a conflict resolution to airbnb 2 weeks ago and have yet to get a response?
I had a guest trash my apartment 2 weeks ago. I have immidiately taken photos after a brief and unpleasant conversation with the guest escalated the conflict to airbnb. I ahve yet to hear from them . There is no other contact information. What do I do?
Since you do not have a security deposit for your studio listing, @Xenia8, I would think Air BNB would have to see if the damage claim meets the Host Protection insurance and that take a long time. Like all insurance programs, it is complicated but you can read it yourself. Do you have any insurance yourself? Going forward, you should consider security deposit as even cooperative guests can have accidents.
