I have a booking but it does not show up in her "My Trips" and it's not listed as a accepted booking

I have a booking from a lady in Aus. that has been on going for a month, I pre-approved her but she missed the 24 hour window, now she wants to book, I held the dates for her and they are gray on my calender not green, now she is trying to book and she can't and i can do anything to the dates on my calender, does anyone know who to fix this??   Tracey

Go back in to her Pre-Approval and unclick the box that says to hold the dates.  If that doesn't work, give Airbnb a call.  You can easily Google for their contact information.
