Is the reservation pending or has the guest arrived already? Have they given you a reason for wishing to leave early? I suppose I'm trying to ascertain if the guest has an issue with the accommodation or if they need to leave for personal reasons. If the latter, these things happen, such is life. However if there are any concerns perhaps try to speak to the guest to resolve these.
