I have no idea who is coming . No review and even after booking I have no info. That is NOT fair

Airbnb changed .in total favor of the guest.  We have hardly any information about our guests. Hi, I am"such and such"  only a first name and city. Even once we book we get no info. I believe, we are really just waiting for trouble. Our guest tonight named "Petri"  sent us info about a 20.00 to 21.00 hour arrival now I got a text it will be delayed  to 23.00  or later.

I  do not know, is he coming with a lady, a man?  No idea !  How do other hosts handle it??? .

It is recommended to ask some questions before accepting a booking (unless you are on Instant Book, which i never use).

I allways ask for ID verification (if not present) and some information (if not present in the profile or not sent in the introduction message or if no reviews at all). If still in doubt, i decline (or ask the guest to withdraw the booking request because they did not read the listing and want something not possible)

Until now it works very well, no "troubling guests" (but my acceptance rating is too low for almost all my listings,  according Airbnb. I don't care.)

You're not really supposed to to be honest. You can ask for it on check-in but it has to be mentioned in the description or in the messages before booking.

I have instant book and if guests don't answer my specified questions then I ask airbnb to get in touch.

I have so far always got the required answers.

Někdy je lepší to raději neřešit,pokud se jedná o hosty z Asie,nezobrazí se ani jméno,jen nějaký znak.Asi s tím nic nenaděláme.Mám rezervaci na příští víkend,2 lidi ze stejného města,kde já žiji.Taky nechápu ,proč si udělali rezervaci a vůbec nic o nich nevím.Jen jméno ženy a že mají psy.Přijde mi to dibné a podezřelé,ale musím počkat,co z toho bude.
