I have the same problem, havent got payment for a guest that stayed in my place about 3months ago.
As the guest stay over 1 month, hence Aibnb colect the payment monthly. I got the payment for the first month but not for the rest. However, I got Airbnb notice just today for the first time about that, they said couldnt collect the payment for the rest nights. Here is the copy of their notice that they send me today which is 3 months after that.
"The attempt to charge your guest, Adam, for the amount due for reservation KXFZDH from 11 September, 2016 - 14 October, 2016 was unsuccessful. The reservation is still active at this time, and we've sent Adam an email alert with a direct way to pay the balance.
If your guest successfully submits payment, we'll send you a confirmation email right away. If you have questions about the payment problem, you can reach out to your guest.
If your guest doesn't successfully submit payment or if they cancel the reservation before making the payment, Airbnb isn't liable for issuing your host payout. If you prefer to cancel the reservation, you can
cancel without penalty at any time before the trip begins. If the reservation has started and you'd like to cancel, please
send us a note.

They do not live any contact number or any solution for how to resold the problem. I contact the guest and they are very ungry as they said the Airbnb had already collect the payment and we authoried only one payment as there is no information about monthly payment.
Anyone know the phone number that I can contact Aibnb regarding this matter
