What am I missing here? I set it, for sure, at $45/night. I approved someone just now who purchased. But now I see they got it at $30. What did I do wrong?

@Byron

Check out if you have "Smart pricing" switched on and if so, I suspected that you have not set a minimum price that you will except.

For your information,

"Smart pricing" also removes the ability to set special weekend prices.

@Byron16, it is not possible for other readers to assist you with this, as there are too many reasons things may have turned out different from what you expected.

I checked your calendar and it's blocked for the next few months. I assume you did this to stop bookings temporarily, and where it is open, the price is quite different.

Just watch out for Smart pricing tools, they may have been accidently activated, and you need to ensure that you save any changes that you made.

Anytime you make changes, go back and view them as if you were a guest, just to be sure they were successfully locked in.

If you are just starting out, try to avoid Instant book for a while till you are more experienced. Errors may still come your way, but at least you would have a chance to know about them before the booking is completed.

Read some of the FAQ's on the help menu each day, and check your calendar and price settings each day to ensure things are what you want.

It need not take long, but you will learn a lot that will help you in your hosting.

Good luck!

I am sure that you made your lucky visitor welcome.

Regards, christine.
