I short term let room not 'entire place' in 2 bed apt I live in. Is this outside the 90 day rule?

I short term let room not 'entire place' in 2 bed apt I live in. Is this outside the 90 day rule?

I am assuming if I only short term let one room and kitchen it does not constitute the 'entire place' and then permits letting more than 90 days.

Is this correct?

There's many 'grey areas' in laws that one can navigate and use to one's advantage.

Find them in legislation and where you are able to use them to your advantage.
