I think I have been Under payed?

My listing’s set price is £520/night.

Last night my place was rented but I only received £349.....

I can’t think of an explanation.

Has this happened to anyone before?

Hello,

The confirmed reservation shows the right price, according to your listing it should be £520/night (BTW you have set a 20% weekly discount), decreased with the Airbnb servicecosts (3% + VAT). This amount should be also in your transaction pages. Maybe a negative amount from a previous reservation (a refund, a cancellation penalty) still had to be settled ? Check your transaction history:  Where do i find my payout information
