@Julio59 There have been varying reports on Airbnb photographers. Some hosts have had them do a fine job, others had photographers show up late or cancel the session at the last minute after the host had spent an entire day getting the place ready. Some hosts have reported that the photographer was rude, or had a generally bad attitude. And some hosts were entirely displeased with the photos- they tossed them and ended up using their own as well as losing the money they paid. Often the photogs refused to shoot things that the host wanted them to, because the host considered those things to be a draw that made their listing stand out from others.
Since you are willing to pay for a shoot, you might consider hiring a local professional photographer whose work you like to do the shoot. You could ask him to take a look at the photo galleries from other listings that you like to get an idea of what you want and what looks best on the platform (horizontal as opposed to vertical, optimum resolutions, etc.)
