I see, it is something like discussion forum.
I want to explain my upset about the reviews issue. This thing happened on me several times. And whenever i spoke with customer service, after several transfered to other departments and lifted up the issue to the other people,at the end generally i had this answer, system is this, please accept it.
Let me explain the system about the reviews. They could give stars or points for
Location, Arrival, Communication, Value, Accuracy, Cleanliness and Overall points. Although they could give points seperately, I thought, the overall point was calculating with all of this segments, however, the system doesnt work like that way. The other segments don't mean anything. Whatever visitors give you for the overall rating , it directly appears on the their reviews. Other ones don't mean anything. For example, if they would give you, all the others 5 stars and just for overall 1, your point would be 1. This system is unfair and cruel for hosts. There is no meaning to give 100% effort to them. With extra presents or some kind asking them every day you could get 5 stars from them. It really depends on the mood their check-in to apartment and check-out. If their trip was exhausting and it is rainy or cold outside it directly affects your reviews.
When i realized this, the people who is responsible about that issues doesn't help me at all. The process continued like 3 or 4 weeks. And the answer was totally unsatisfying and the process was like a govermential office. And no solution for our side. I didnt see any kind of effort to solve that problem as well. If the system wouldn't serve solutions for the problems, it turns into really bureaucratic and old fashioned.
