hi, Yolanda, I know the feeling.  Just use the guidelines, look at a few of other people's and get ideas.  

Every household and Airbnb is different.  Stay consistent whatever you do; i. e. don't break your set rules, ask Airbnb for assistance if you have any difficulties.

I think more people should remember that they are there to help create the best space w/ rules and descriptions as possible.  

Also, the more someone booking knows ahead, the better off it will all work later.  So be very mindful of what will work for you now and anytime.
