Try on Airbnb the search for "Berlin" and enter dates for long term stay (like period of 6 months), also some filtering, like amount bedrooms etc.. I tried it, it comes up whith appr. 20 listings in a price range from 632,- a month to very expensive. example: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12510155

BTW Maybe better idea to post your message on the German Community:  community-center-de ?
