@Steven281  We are Airbnb hosts on this forum and are unable to resend your email.

However, that isn't serious.  If you want to book Airbnb accommodation using your coupon, you will come to a stage in the booking where you enter your coupon number.  You will see the option to click to say you have a coupon and the correct coupon number will appear.  (Some hosts may have more than one unused coupon, so they can choose which one to use.)

seems common that first time users are not able to utilize the $30 first time booking coupon. that’s my issue as well. site indicated an email was sent to my inbox regarding a coupon code-not true, did not happen. interestingly. other communications arrived no problem but the advertised discount? no, it has not arrived. this takes up my time cause the company wants everyone to bend over backwards to get this coupon credit. let me stress the main question-where is the coupon code that i was informed that i would get?

my inbox is daisy90409@yahoo.com where i got every other email and communication from air b and b but just not the coupon email. odd isn’t it?

For help with that, you probably should contact AirBnB directly.

Go to the "Help" page on AirBnB and at the bottom right there is a "Contact us" button.

Press that to contact AirBnB directly.
