If i need to reduce the bed numbers?

Hey All,

We currently have a room with 2 set of bunk beds.  1 set is twin bunks the other is full bunks.  We need to remove the full bunks.  We are planning on putting a new full bed in there but not bunks.  This will reduce us by a full bed.  Has anyone does this? If so what is the best way to let our guests know? We are booked 3 months out.

You need to provide guests with what they booked for or allow to let them out of the deal (no penalty) if you're changing what's on offer now.
