1) How can i change cancellation policy to "NO REFUNDS" ?

2) And is there any way to get cash advances on paid future reservations ?

You can only choose Strict cancellation policy. Do a search and you will see what this means for your listing.

And no you can’t get cash in advance for future reservations. Airbnb charge the guest at the time of booking but will not release it to you until approx 24 hours after check in
