L.A. New Short Term Rental Laws

I did see previous posts here about this topic from last year, however there are new laws for short-term rentals in the city of L.A. taking effect July 2019. I have a copy of the Dept. of City Planning recommendations that will take effect. It's only 265 pages! I would love to hear responses from L.A. hosts. If you'd like me to send you a copy of this report, send your email unless there is a way I can upload here in this forum. This will be shocking. They are killing our business.
