I feel you and you are not alone. Just this week we had a young lady that was staying at our resort for 3 1/2 months and had the audacity to claim that the AC was not working, we had leaks in the ceiling of the bungalows and that our prices was not worth the quality of it. We had to laugh because the ceilings of each bungalow are not cement and the description of her comment was referring to the walls which is totally absurd. We are thinking to sue every liar coming and leaving untrue comments.
We may also introduce a document that each customer will sign when they come and leave so that it will be no misunderstanding
