Listing Your Entire Home or Individual Rooms - Calendar Management

Hello,

I have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that is set up for Instant Bookings. I also have 5 additional listings within this home to be set up as a Bed & Breakfast. 

I have each bedroom as 4 additional individual listings (Private Bedroom in a shared home) and I also have another listing for 2 combined rooms that make it a Private 2 Bed/2 Bath Listing in a shared space.

My issue is the calendar sync. Especially with other platforms, like Booking.com 

I would like to book my entire house 100% of the time but that is not always the case. So in between Full House Bookings, Id like to fill in the gaps in between with small individual bookings from the individual rooms. 

Is there any pro out there who can help or advise me on Airbnb but also help with other platforms like VRBO or Booking.com.

I would like to know this as well.   I'm not connected to booking.com but how do the calendars sync if I set up my home in one listing and then private rooms in another listing?
