Long term reservation

I need my home to be booked for more than 5 month. When I put 5 month duration for booking few people want it

Airbnb put 20% off for being a new host.

I added 5% extra for people who book it more than 5 month

Any idea how to encourage people for long time booking

@ViVi31   Airbnb may not be the right platform for what you want. Have you tried advertising through a local newspaper, bulletin boards, etc? A long term renter really should be approved by a landlord by looking at their rental history, references from past landlords, employment history and present employment, etc. There are no such assurances through airbnb. You could get someone for 5 months, you come back to find the person has trashed your place and won't pay up.
