MIsleading information I never wrote is on the top of my listing

Please, help me! I never, never wrote that I have self check-in or self check-out - never wrote that I have this special lock allowing this. And I have just the opposite written twice in my listing - that the place allows check-in and check-out ONLY in person! And recently I received 1 star for communication and 3 stars for accuracy exactly for that reason!

Now this is in the title of my listing - that I have self check-in and self check-out and that special lock!!! On the title! And I try and I try to remove it, and can edit everything else but not this! It was the same before - I tried and tried to remove it, alas! Only before it was not in the square box in the title of the listing.

I am a superstar - am I to loose my status for something I never have done?   For giving misleading information I never wrote?

@Lilly28    Steve just started a thread on this in the Hosting Forum, which already got a bunch of responses in the last hour or less - hop over there and join in. It's some outrageous and obviously totally flawed new feature or experiment.

Thanks, Sarah! I added the information that I do not have self check-in and out for a third time in my description of the listing! So I hope the problem would be solved as quickly as possible!
