Monthly Payout

Monthly Payout

 Hello,

Is there any possibility to get money from guests monthly instead of getting it every time when someone check in?

Or is it just automatically and airbnb can't change it?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Iveta5,

There isn't a way to set monthly payouts to arrive at the same time every month.

The only way to consolidate payouts is to set a minimum payout amount so Airbnb holds your payouts until the total is the amount you set.

If your nightly rate is €50 and you set a minimum payout of €500 you'll get paid after every 10th guest checks in.

Go to your "Payout preferences" and click on the "Options" button next to your account information. "Set minimum payout amount" should be one of the options there.

So you could calculate what your average payout is per month and set your minimum to that.

It's not the same as being paid per month as the payments won't always arrive at the same time every month.

I would also like to know if payout can be sent once a month instead of after check-in each time. My bank charges me over 20eur each time so I would like to avoid this obviously.

Thank you,

It doesn't give me the option of paypal ( I have a paypal account though).

I am only given the option of international wire transfer or payoneer.

I don't have and don't want payoneer.
