More then 1 month but payout pending. My Case no 76849 990

It's more than 1 month and my payout is in pending state. My case no is 76849 990.i have filed complaints on airbnb portal n customer care as well. But everytime I'm provided with new excuse. And it's almost 1 month but no payouts being released. I have added 2 bank accounts on 20th December 2019 and it's 19 jan 2020 and it's still in pending state even it's been approved by payoneer. It feel like airbnb intentionally putting my payments on hold and intentionally not releasing it. It's totally a mentally harrasment. I'm highly depressed and unsatisfied with this poor services provided by Airbnb.
