Most awful experience with Airbnb support

Today I have talked 3 times.. at my cost .. to Airbnb about a guest that was late. I was told each time they would contact her and tell her she has broken my policy and her reservation was cancelled. THIS GUEST continues to harass me through Airbnb and WhatsApp and is being very aggressive. I have spent over $50 in calls to Airbnb from the country I am in. NOW I finally get through to support AGAIN after a 17 minute hold and they hung up on me ?? 

 

What the hell is going on with this company ?? terrible service and support.. I am a superhost.. and NO HELP

I would suggest blocking the obnoxious guest.

 

It is usually better to communicate with Airbnb using online chat.

 

It is even better to avoid communicating with them altogether.

 

If the guest is “late,” does that mean she never checked in? If that’s the case, forget about it, and Airbnb will sort it out eventually.

 

If she does show up don’t let her in. She can complain to Airbnb and then they can contact you.
