My guests want to pay airbnb but are being blocked from doing so by the site. Help !

Don;t get involved.

First: it may be scam and the next request will be to pay you cash.

Second: their credit may not be good enough to pay for the reservation etc

Third: AirBnB will tell you nothing about a guest's ability to pay due to data protection laws. They need to sort it out with AirBnB
