What hosts are saying

    Just received a message from guest who says our prices are too steep, and can we reduce them. I have messaged back saying that we do not accept such requests, but I am still being asked to either accept/decline booking. How can I decline without detrime... Latest reply by Sarah977
    I received a booking within 24 hours of the proposed stay. We were having problems with the wifi so I informed the guest who cancelled. Airbnb are saying that I cancelled and have charged a penalty and ruined my profile. Is this fair? Latest reply by Gordon0
