My listing Ads- stolen by another host

My entire ad , pictures everything has been hacked by guy "from Paris" named Benjamin.  He has the system set where the booking is instant.  So he can get money and approve guest right away, guest show up here and I have not been paid.  What the heck can I do.   Im finding getting a hold of Airbnb is not easy.

Hello @Chelsea71,

You can click to report both the user and the listing.

Go to the listing. Just below the red "Check availability" button you'll see a flag with the text "Report this listing".

Click on the profile photo that's near the end of the listing page and then click on the "Report this user" link under the "Hey, I'm XXX" line at the top of the page.

You could also contact Airbnb support. I've found them to be responsive and helpful whenever I contact them via Twitter.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
