On verge of loosing Superhost Status but rating calculation is wrong ?

Hey there, 

After being superhost for 20 odd months. I am on verge of loosing superhost status due to 2 (1 star reviews) which were given as guests booked thinking this to be a Entire place (but they had booked Private room). Nonetheless as expected, AIRBNB wont do anything for that:

Now i am in a situation where i had these data From my rating during period:

1st July 2018 to 30th June 2019

I could see following ratings provided:

1star : 2 reviews
2star: 0 reviews
3 Star: 5 reviews
4 Star: 17 reviews (One for 30June)
5 star: 177 Review

Total: 201 reviews

Point should be: 970/201 = 4.825

I am not sure why it consistently shows 4.7 when rating should have been 4.825 ?

Looks like i am missing something or the calculation has some issue? How can i escalate this ?
