One guest making multiple reservations.

I host two properties in Phuket.  I have one guest who wants to stay for a few days in both of them.  They have tried to send me a request for each house, but it appears that airbnb is only allowing him to send me one request.  For example he sends a request for house A, I accept the request.  He then tries to send a request for house B, when I accept this request his previous request disappears from the system.  Can anyone help me with this?  Thanks.

it should not happen. If you go to see your reservations, you should be able to see both reservations valid.

I may have misspoke.  The guest is sending inquiries for preapproval, so they are not yet confirmed reservations.
