One guest/party vs muliple rooms

We have had guests  that they are used to full use of an apartment or house or no 'landlord/owner/resident' in a multi BR unit, and expect full use of kitchen, appliances, untensils, dishes, etc. Since those are the most common listing now, can you make a distinction without listing a long list of rules or check with us?
