Owner of apartment come home unanounced

So ive had many good experiences with Airbnb, but the last one was really bad. 

Me and my family was staying in a big apartment in Seville, which was managed by a rental company. On the last night of our stay, the owner comes to the Apartament at 11pm, wake everybody by talking on the phone, then he walks around in the rooms, that we did not have acces to in the apartment. When i go up to confront him, he was sitting in his underwear, watching tv. I did not here him leave, and of cause did not get any sleep that night.

I was off cause very upset, maybe be was in the apartment the other nights as well.

I tried to get a refund for the last night, but the rental company only gave me a partial. Bor Airbnb says, that i can not get a full refund, as we stayed the night. 

What du you guys think i should do?

So when i rent through Airbnb, and i pay for the whole place. I don't have any guarantee, that i actually have the place by by myself?

I think it is like illegal that he stays in the apartment if you booked the full apartment.

Why didn't you call Airbnb in the same night that happened?

I would call the police... xD

How could you know he was the owner, did you meet him before?

@Balder-and-Mette0     If there was nothing in the description etc. re: owner coming by when he pleased,  it looks like the host has broken a cardinal Airbnb rule : "The listing was misrepresented" and you should be refunded for the last night.  What did Airbnb expect you to do, leave at 11pm when the owner came by unannounced?  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/544/what-is-airbnb-s-guest-refund-policy-for-homes
