Payment / cancellation fee

I received payment information and can see that you deducted from total 90 Eur (as cancellation fee):

Actually we agreed with guest that I can not offer mentioned dates, but offered him alternative other dates. They said that they can not confirm different dates. We agreed that he will cancel booking and I will accept it.

Why I have to pay some fee? I really do not agree to cover it.

Hi Dace, 
Did you talk to Airbnb customer service while you where in the process of cancelling the guest, telling them that the guest has agreed and that you offered them alternative dates?
