Payment for cancellations

In my first 2 weeks of hosting  a [hidden] booked 29/5 to 1/6 and then cancelled. Reading your cancelation policy I understood that if no-one else booked the same nights, that I would still be paid as  the rooms were ready etc. 

To date I have still not been paid and I have no way of contacting you.
