Payment method and Price lower than posted price

   Hello everyone here, I just created my service apartment and register 3 days ago. There was a booking from a guest for 28 days, but the price listed on the menu was 33% lower than mine posted price. So I wonder why is it happened. In addition, I Just registered a paypal account and they said the pending will be 5 days .... 
   1. On what system the customers payment decided to be lower than my posted price?
   2. After the payment from the customers how long does it usually take for airbnb to send you the booking money?
   3. How to make sure the cusomter receive my special promotion since airbnb does not allowed me to do that?
   4. My service apartment has 2 price. and airbnb only show 1 price. How do I change the system to have 2 price?

Welcome to hosting, @Duy1.  You are posting on the host forum so I am a host not staff.

1. I looked at your listing and you have a discount for monthly stays which is defined as 28 days or more. That is why you see the 33% lower price for this reservation.

2. Air BNB will send the payout a day after your guest checks in.  The time it takes to get to your specified payment method will vary from same day to several days or a week later.  I don't know about whatever option you choose.

3.  When I look at your calendar I see the two prices, week day and weekend.

4.  If you want to send a Special Offer to a particular guest, you can use the system for that.
