Payment via PayPal

As a host I revived a booking and as normal should receive payment via PayPal. The payment has not come through from Airbnb, with no future or past payment for this booking appearing in my Airbnb account. It is also not in PayPal nor is it in my transaction history. I have been discussing this with Airbnb support for over a week with no resolution or payment for my last booking, despite the fact they confirm the guest has paid. I have been told to reverify my PayPal account, which I have done and has not made a difference. Support have also requested I add my PayPal account to my profile again. Due to a technical error on Airbnb end, this cannot be done. Now support is refusing to get back to me and I still have not seen my payment come through. Has anyone else experienced similar? I have had multiple previous bookings with payment via PayPal with no previous issues. I am very frustrated and waiting my $1200.
