Phone Number Update Process

Ive updated my phone number on my profile, I entered the verification code and everything.  However when I go to change my payment method to Payoneer, it still lists my old phone numbers and does not give me the option for my new phone number to get an additional verification code.  How long does it take for the internal system to update my phone number preference to show with Payoneer sign up?  Ive even deleted the old phone numbers however those are the only ones they list as an option.
