Hi all,

A few years ago, Airbnb provided a photographer to take professional photos of my apartment. During this time, I guess something changed and the quality of those photos (unchanged) now look terrible. The kind of photos that put me off when considering apartments when travelling. I can't see anywhere online where I can request an evaluation of the current situation taking into account the above.

Hi @Stephen127 I think Airbnb limits the offer of free photography to just once per listing, and it sounds as though you have already used yours. You can check by going to Edit Listing --> Photos --> and at the bottom, you should see:

This listing qualifies for free professional photography. Apply Now

As mentioned BNB offers the free photography service once to each host.

If you aren't happy with your photos or your listing has changed, just employ a local freelance who specialises in interiors.
