Problem about Pre-approved

No instant booking !! I got a request from one customer
But I cannot accept even my calendar is available
They Preview: "New"

@Duy0  You have hosted many people so I am surprised you didn't have this happen before.  It seems that your guest is still in a validation process.  Your pre-approval is valid for 24 hours, but if the guest does not complete validation or can't pay then the pre-approval will expire.  Does this make sense in your situation?
