Veronica,

I note you have 1 listing in London (Fulham).

It's an Entire Flat listing. 

You are permitted 90 Days total.

You have had a number of bookings this year. (I see 10 Reviews this year)

I don't know how many days you have had booked.

To check go to your Dashboard and click on LISTINGS

On the right side of the screen you will see 'BOOKED NIGHTS' with a counter.  / 90

You will see exactly how many of the 90 days have been booked.

So you will know how many remain available.

Once you reach 90 Days Airbnb computer system will not take any more bookings this calendar year.

There's no need to contact CS or anyone else.

If Veronica can access 'app or account' then she access everything else, including her Dashboard.

Veronica,

Even if you are out of the country, you must know more or less how many days you have had booked this year since January 1st.

If the number of days was 90 Days total, then you cannot accept anymore booking.

The system will automatically stop you.

This is very very simple.

What I find perplexing that Veronica is able to access Community Centre but not her own account!
