client Pre booked, client message "CAN I HAVE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER TO COMMUNICATE" after explaining i needed more information due to resort rules and members of group i received no response from client?

Dates are blocked out on calendar and says expired with out option to re open dates ?

it seems i am being punished for not accepting when it was the client that didn't respond to my question ?

Airbnb ? We have to at least be able to receive information about the client and members of their group the client has to respond to this request and should not affect our calendars until we accept.

p.s. the client enquired around 4am for the same day arrival after 2pm ? the time frame wasn't justifiable or actionable without full information from such client and how to decline when i could of hosted once information received.
