Prelong stay

Hi, 

my guest ask to prelong his stay by a day and we cannot finger out how to do the payment. Is there any secure way on airbnb how she can send me money for that one extra day she stayed? 

She already left and dont know how to figure this out.

You should have made a "booking change" while the guest was still there.  You will be lucky if you can get your money now, after the guest has gone.

Well, if I was the guest I would pay the host after the fact.  Others would also. 

So how would the host go about asking for the money?  The resolution center?  Modifying the reservation?  Is that possible after the fact? 

If the resolution center is used AirBnb will not get their fee.
