Pricing on long term lease

Hi,

I am leasing my summer house out for 3  months.

I have agreed to a price of 150 kr. Pr. night. Witch is approximately 4500 kr. Pr month. This is an agreement I made with the guy leasing the house.

It turns out that he is changed 1621 kr. Ekstra in service charge. The problem is that we agreed on 4500 kr. and not 5000 kr. Pr. Month.

What can I do to fix this?

@Rasmus29  your guest will always be charged Airbnb fees on top of whatever fee you charge your guests. So just let your guest know that whatever price you charge him will have Airbnb commission on top.

you agreed the price and that's what you charged him, Airbnb also have charge so he needs to discuss Airbnb's charge with Airbnb not you.

Long term on Airbnb is never a good idea in my opinion.
