@Gary148 The Air BNB platform is based on a nightly rate with no option otherwise. If you do not accept single night reservations, you can set your availability to reflect what ever number of nights you require. For example if you have a 3 night minimum, and a traveler is looking for 2 nights, you listing will not show. Make sense?
Thanks for your reply, I would like to put in a 2 night price and a 3 night weekend price (which is the same amount) as well as a weekly price based on whether its low, mid, high season or Xmas. For example, in April, it is £2550 for both a 2 night and 3 night weekend stay, but for the week it is £3750 - is this possible?
