Property Management Surrey

Hi,

I have a one bed (full property) cottage in Surrey (KT12) I am looking to Airbnb for the next few months and am looking for a reliable management/cleaning service or person to help clean and manage key handover while I am away. Can anyone recommend an individual or company. I am only in the UK until Friday so I am looking to arrange this failry soon.

Hi @Sh2

This is an international forum, so there won't be too many people in your specific area in Surrey.

But if you Google 'airbnb management companies' and 'cleaners' in your area something should come up. You may find a management company might not think it is worth their while for a couple of months though.

If you do the management yourself with the help of a cleaner make sure you have a friend locally that can be on hand for check in and check outs and that you have a list of local electricians, plumbers etc that can go in for emergencies.

Also make sure you have home insurance in place for short term lets and many recommend CCTV if you are away from your property.

You could also see if there are some great superhosts or long established hosts in your area that are willing to co-host (look it up in Airbnb's Help section).

See if there is a local group on Facebook or Meet up that you could get in contact with.
