Provide Guest ID

Hi,

i have a guest requesting to book my place, however when he try to make the payment, it says that the host ask to provide his ID.

However i look at my booking setting, i did not select the additional requirements for Government issued ID and Recommendations for other hosts.

How do i make sure that any guest can proceed with the instant booking even if he has only the minimal verifcation without government issued ID?

Hi @Naonie0,

Just because you do not require it, Airbnb does often require it from customers so they would still need to complete the verification.
