Purchasing a house in Sligo area for myself which would be successful on Airbnb

I'm searching for a house to buy in NW Ireland.  Of course I have a list of criteria for myself and these will be my priority, but I am also interested to know what are the factors that make particular host's homes successful on airbnb.   I would want only singles or couples to share my home, and the house will definitely not be in a town, it should be in the country, but not more 20mins drive from the nearest town.

Obviously an interesting attractive house in a good holiday location near the most attractive natural amenities (scenery, the sea, nice beaches, walks etc,) and restaurants, pubs and cultural attractions will be factors which appeal to guests. 

The Wild Atlantic Way is a huge success and I don't want to be too far inland from it.  It will certainly be a no smoking home.

I can speak Italian, French, Spanish and Irish. 

All of this is just what I can work out for myself.  They are the obvious considerations. 

But Airbnb hosts may well know of other ways to make my purchase a success.  I'd love to hear your ideas!
